Touareg är en enormt underskattad bil tycker jag. Den går oerhört tyst och komfortabelt och delar stora delar av chassit med Porsche Cayenne. Dock är den inte direkt enorm inuti. Bagaget är ganska så snålt tilltaget. Komfortmässigt är den fullt i klass med BMW X5 och Mercedes ML och jag skulle faktiskt hävda att den är bättre än nya XC90. I dagsläget den enda VW som jag skulle kunna tänka mig att köpa. Men fallet Touareg visar väl bara att de flesta köper bil efter vad som står på huven och inte efter egenskaper.

Tar man rubriken bokstavligt är den bil amerikaner vanligen avser med "den bästa bilen ingen köper" Buick Regal.

@Deeds: Om man som amerikanska "full size"-referenser tar t ex Cadillac Escalade och Chevy Suburban, så blir Touareg mid size... :-)
Jag var i N.Y. i juni, och det vimlade av Escalade på Manhattan -- *den* bilen är *enorm* !
